Discussion On The Application Of Mongolian Culture Forthe Modern National Catering Space Design In Our Region

Catering space is the comfortable interior environmental-design inorder to satisfy people’s physical and spiritual demands, it is closelyrelated to one’s life. The modern design of the catering space reflects thephysical feature and mental outlook in this present. It like a history bookwhich had never been written and were branded with the impression ofthe times, because that design concepts, construction technologies,decorating materials and facilities of interior design correlate withdevelopment of social economics and level of the science andtechnologies, in the meantime, it is else closely related with theconsciousness, culture, esthetics and so on.Catering space is an organic part of modern interior architecture space.How to understand and apply that mongolian culture be used in themodern national catering space design in the process of design and appearto cultural features and national characteristics according to certain designof idea and method. It is a problem which interior designer is badly inneed of research and discussion. In this paper, mongolian culture is usedas a research background combining with mongolian local culture, lifecustom and human environment and so on, the situations and questionssituation which Mongolian culture exit in modern national space design are investigated and studied. The constructive suggestions are deducedfrom that the history, philosophy, appreciation and religion of mongoliantraditional culture and the functions and positions of designing themodern national catering space are investigated and studied. The designprinciple and performance method of Mongolian traditional culturedesign are summarized. The principle and performance method ofmogolian traditional culture is flexibly used in designing the modernnational catering space of mongolian local culture characteristics, so thatthe modern national catering space design make a carriers fordevelopment of national and local culture and human spirits. In theprocess of playing design to promote completely national culture spirits,catering space design and mongolian cultures are combined to finallyarrive a propose of inheriting the national culture and developing thenational spirits.
