With the times development, in order to ensure the safety of China’s high-speed railway and meet the urgent demand of further development, great technical challenges on comprehensive test technology and the level of analysis and evaluation are put forward. It is required to carry out a series of relevant researches about400km/h high-speed test train. Its using conditions are complexed. As the speed increases, the security and reliability issues of carbody and bogie key bearings are prominent when operating the train under different conditions.The thesis was based on sub-topics of the project863:the development of high-speed test train. The structural features of the new generation of400km/h high-speed test train middle carbody were described. The HyperMesh software was used to create the FE model of the carbody and fastner. Based on "EN12663:2000",18kinds of carbody using conditions were considered. The stress and vertical displacement were obtained. The static strength and fatigue strength analysis of high-speed test train middle carbody were evaluated. The middle carbody’s vertical bending frequencies and mode shapes from the modal analysis were got to analyze the carbody’s stiffness. Static strength test data was processed. The test data and simulation results were compared to verify the validity of the simulation model.The boundary of sub-model was defined and the tough conditions were selected to analyze the support fastner structure of carbody additional massive equipment based on sub-model method. By comparing with the total model, it was approved that sub-model method achieved a good application on accurate analysis of the support fastner structure with the minimum computation.Additionally, the strength of carbody key join component structures were checked by "Handbook of mechanical design "and" VDI2230"standard respectively, and the specific modeling and evaluation were exploredCarbody strength and rigidity are basic indicators to guarantee the comfort and security of vehicle. The reaearch on high-speed test train carbody and fastner structure simulation technology in this thesis laid the foundation of structure design.
