A Study On The Application Prospect Of Housing Component In Construction

"Urbanization" and "improve living conditions" are the main diving factors tomake housing demand keep rising. Faced with the large-sale construction, housingproduction requires not only the number, the construction quality, but also care abouthow to save resources. But the present style of the product housing can not satisfy theserequirements. In this situation, the housing industrialization is an effective way tochange the traditional way of construction. And it can reduce the housing cost of theresources and improve the past way efficiency to develop circle economy inresource-efficient way. The efficient use of the construction component in housing is thesticking point to realize housing industrialization in China.This paper firstly explains some terms, such as housing industrialization,construction component, researches the relationship of the housing industrialization andthe development of construction component, summary the way of the housingindustrialization development and the experience of the construction component athome and abroad. It also analysis the support system of housing component involvedresidential building system，component module system, and classifies the housingcomponent. Then this paper researches the possibilities of the usage of constructioncomponent in Chongqing using SWOT method. So it chooses one type of theconstruction component whose name is the prefabricated interior partition to researchthe usage from two aspects of technical and economic in Chongqing. The study findingshows that the interior partition is conformed to the local construction standard andintegrated economical efficiency is superior to the other traditional partition. Based onthe former four parts this paper draws the conclusion, and at last it shows theapplication prospect of the construction component in the housing.
