| Porous Asphalt (PA) is a bituminous mixture which was introduced into ourcountryin1980s.According to our actual situation,by research and application,it hasalready beeome one of the Primary bituminous mixture types in our country.PA use theidea tha is open-graded aggregate with large voids volume.It’s advantages includegood function of draining,deslick,denoise and so on.Because of the difference betweenPA and other asphalt concret,it is very important to seleet the reasonable graduationand matieral of PA to insure the skelcton texture property and good performance of PA.Using the orthogonal design of drainage asphalt mixture to form a design, the keyto sieve through rate and air void of the regression model was established, and thismodel was designed to meet the clearance requirements of the Asphalt Mixture coarseaggregate gradation composition. On the dynamic viscosity, scattering losses, stability,splitting strength index test and analysis to determine the optimal dosage of the highviscosity modifier in the drainage asphalt mixture.Measured and analyzed the impact of the asphalt type, air void,packing and otherfactors on the stability of drainage asphalt mixture,the results show that the highviscosity modifiers and adding4%dose of hydrated lime can effectively improve thedrainage asphalt mixture water stability.By drainage asphalt mixture fatigue life test, analyse the type of asphalt drainageasphalt mixture fatigue life, and concluded that the fatigue life of the Esso70#asphaltis most sensitive to load changes, PE high viscosity asphalt fatigue life is leastsensitive to load changes, the PE high viscosity asphalt fatigue characteristics is thebest.Tested BPN,the value of the structure depth and fractal dimension of the PA-13AM-13and AC-13, the evaluation of three kinds of asphalt mixture skid resistancedecay law was give uner different number of load.The results show that with the trafficloads, the decay rate of drainage asphalt mixture is slow and the stable final value ishigher.Using atmospheric water seepage test and the natural drainage test, thecomparative analysis of the relationship between water permeability coefficient and airvoid of the Asphalt Mixture was done, the results show that the use of crushedhigh-value, high flakiness content of coarse aggregate, the aggregate gradation have major changes under load, thereby reducing the air void of the asphalt mixture, therebyaffecting the performance of the drainage of the asphalt mixture. |
