Anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt pavement, the large porosity skeleton pore structure of asphalt pavement, has a good performance of anti-sliding,drainage and noise reduction.Anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt pavement can not only enhance the safety coefficient of driving in a rainy day, but also reduce the traffic noise pollution,which bring this kind of pavement immensely applied prospects,especially in southern rainy regions.Therefore, it will have a very important economic benefit and engineering application prospect to study the durability of asphalt pavement, to ensure its service life and to reduce the cost of the project.Based on a length of 1km anti-skid noise reducing asphalt road of S103 (Liuyang) in Changsha,systematic research have been conducted in the field of the selection of raw materials, mixing ratio design, mixture road performance, construction technology, pavement performance attenuation rule.Through a large number of indoor and outdoor tests and over one year follow-up observation, the anti slip and noise reduction asphalt pavement construction guide is summarized for the low temperature and adverse environmental conditions through the engineering practice.Firstly, according to the curve of asphalt dynamic viscosity and the mixture performance at 60 ℃, taking the factor of construction in low temperature environment under harsh conditions into consideration, the anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt mixture material raw material index should be as follows:asphalt cementing material 60℃ dynamic viscosity of not less than 50000Pa - S; in order to ensure the strength of mixture, coarse aggregate crushing value and abrasion value is not more than 18%, flakiness content less than 10%.Secondly, through the use of uniform design, find out the key sieve which affect the anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt mixture void rate. Determine initial target gradation according to the linear relationship between key sieve passing rate and mixed material porosity. At the same time, the relationship between the void ratio of the vacuum method and the volume method is analyzed. Asphalt mixture optimum asphalt aggregate ratio is determined through the analysis of leakage,dispersion test and Marshall test.Then, road performance is studied from two aspects:the void ratio and the asphalt mixture,which includes anti sliding, high temperature stability, water stability and water permeability. Coefficient of permeability of the Anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt mixture is studied using home-made constant head permeameter (for there is no seepage device can be directly used in the laboratory permeability tests.the linear relationship is made between the anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt mixture void rate and connective void ratio,besides, between connected porosity and permeability coefficient. the index of permeability coefficient is proposed according to the void ratio range of asphalt mixture.Finally, a year of follow-up observation is conducted towards the anti slip asphalt road, including the smoothness, anti sliding, water permeability and noise reduction performance with time attenuation.we can obtian rich experience through the pavement of anti-skid noise reducing asphalt road of S103 (Liuyang),and then provide reference to the future pavement of Anti-skid and noise reducing asphalt. |
