Cement concrete pavement with high strength,stiffness and gooddurability,subject to the attention of the national road sector.With the rapid rise ofsocio-economic of China,transport undertakings has also been rapid development ofcement concrete pavement is widely used in urbanroad and on the road at all levels,andthen the seams,poor skid resistance,noise and other shortcomings of cement concretepavement seriously restrict its development.Exposed aggregate cement concretepavement with sliding,noise reduction,glare and other functions,for the present traffic toprovide safe,comfortable driving conditions is of great significance.This paper for the climate of the Yunan region,cement concrete materials andconstruction technology, through a large number of laboratory experiments, paving ofthe test road and theoretical analysis, study the exposed-aggregate cement concreteconstruction technology and the road performance systematic.First Exposed-Aggregate Cement Concrete materials,mixing ratio and thesupporting material with Exposed-aggregate agent were introduced and proposed forspecific requirements.And then using of the test method in forming process andconstruction technology of road were introduced.Through laboratory experiments givesthe appropriate amount of Exposed-aggregate agent, reasonable spraying time andappropriate time of exposed aggregate disposal;And from two aspect of the material andthe environment is analyzed the influence of exposed aggregate disposal-time.And thenanalyse the anti-sliding of expose-aggregate cement concrete pavement;Throughcontrast analysis the structure of depth and the coefficient of friction obtained thatexpose-aggregate cement concrete pavement has good performance of sliding. Theconstruction depth of Expose-aggregate cement concrete surface is affected by particlesize of coarse aggregate,but don’t vary significantly from the coarse aggregate speciesand sand percentage; Obtained the anti-slide performance of exposed-aggregate cementconcrete pavement have parabola (open down) the relationship with road surfaceconstruction depth and coarse aggregate exposed-points of unit area.Through thesecondary interpolation on digital image techniques finished the surface treatment.Studythe sliding decay laws of expose-aggregate cement concrete pavement,through theexperiments found that sliding durability of granite expose-aggregate cement concrete isbest,limestone expose-aggregate cement concrete is poor;Acdording to informationaccess and theory analysis obtained the relationship between indoor wear laps and volume of pavement actual traffic: indoor wear a circle represents actual road standardload of58771times.It improved the exposed aggregate cement concrete pavementconstruction technology by paving the entity test road project.
