The traditional texture technologies for cement concrete pavement could improve its skid resistance and noise reduction performance to some extent, but its poor durability makes it attenuate obviously after a period of operating time, which would influence the quality in use and safety performance of cement concrete pavement greatly. Interlaminar shear failure occurs as one of the bridge deck pavement system common diseases. Traditional bridge deck rough treatment technologies have certain improvement on the interlayer bonding, but damage phenomenons are still widespread. Applicability of planted-aggregate technique when applying to cement concrete pavement surface texture and bridge deck pavement system was analyzed, and then the key technology parameters of different application directions were recommended.Effects of cement concrete material composition and aggregate parameters on construction technology parameters for planted-aggregate cement concrete were analyzed by establishing the relationship between indenting depth, indenting time and indenting load through laboratory test; Reference to the principle of cantabro test, cantabro test abrasion lost was recommended as the evaluation index of interfacial strengthen for planted-aggregate cement concrete, then it was used to analyze the regularity of interfacial strengthen; Effects of planted-aggregate technology on skid resistance and noise reduction performance of cement concrete pavement were analyzed, and also were compared with traditional texture technologies; The evaluation index of deformation resistance ability for pavement system was recommended through interlaminar shear test, and then combining with interlaminar shear strength, effects of aggregate parameters, environmental conditions, loading method and a certain fortifier on interfacial shear performance were analyzed. The durability of interlaminar shear performance for bridge deck pavement system was analyzed with circle conditions of water and temperature.Laboratory test data analysis showed that effects of cement concrete materials composition and aggregate parameters on indenting load had different regularity; Abrasion lost of planted-aggregate cement concrete showed two-stage regularity, which was closely related to aggregate parameters and salinity corrosion; Skid resistance and noise reduction performance of planted-aggregate cement concrete pavement with different parameters composition of aggregate were improved to some extent; The key technology parameters of planted-aggregate technology were recommended on the base of effects analysis of aggregate parameters on interlaminar shear performance for bridge deck pavement system, and bridge pavement with planted-aggregate technology had better interlaminar shear performance and durability compared with other rough treatment technologies; The certain fortifier could improve interlaminar shear performance significantly, and distribution later was recommended.Planted-aggregate technology could form rich texture structure and showed obvious technical superiority when applying to cement concrete pavement, also to cement concrete bridge deck pavement system.But the appearance need to be further improved when applying to cement concrete pavement surface.
