Study On The Investment Estimate Method Of Highway Project

The investment in infrastructure construction project is large. In order to providethe basis for project decision-making and investment control, it is the basic requirementof project management to estimate construction cost scientifically in the initial period ofthe project. However, there are many impact factors of infrastructure constructioninvestment control, and one of the important factors is the scientificity of project costestimate method. Around the investment estimation of infrastructure project in theinitial period, experts and scholars of the construction field at home and abroad to do alot of research and practice. But so far the accepted engineering estimation theory andmethod is still absent, and the precision is not very high. Based on the case-basedreasoning technology, this paper researches and explores the new method of investmentestimation of highway project. It has important theoretical significance and value ofengineering to complement and improve the existing estimation method and theory.The idea of case-based reasoning technology is consistent with the traditionalinvestment estimation of highway project. According to the characteristic, this papercombines the artificial neural network and case-based reasoning and researches theinvestment estimation method of highway project based on the case-based reasoning.This paper analyzes the status of investment estimation of highway project andcase-based reasoning firstly, and researches the basic principles and key technologies ofthe case-based reasoning. Based on the theory of artificial neural network, this paperstudies the binding site in depth between the neural network and case-based reasoning.According to the many advantages of BP neural network, it establishes the retrievalmodel of the similar case about investment estimate of the highway project based on BPnetwork. Using of the concept of fuzzy similarity priority, it builds relations of fuzzysimilarity priority between target case and source case of the investment estimate ofhighway project separately for its each case characteristics t. Through the neuralnetwork learning of investment estimate of highway project cases, it establishes thesimilarity relationship in the current investment estimate of highway project and cases,and realizes the process of case retrieval to finish the investment estimation of highwayproject.Using the Access database system, this paper founds a case base about theinvestment estimate of highway project, and realizes the design of investment estimate in highway project system. Finally, an example analysis shows that the estimatedinvestment estimate is in keeping with the actual value, which confirms the reliability ofinvestment estimate of highway project system on account of case-based reasoning.
