Because of its superior structure stress ability, construction performance and good economic benefits the PC composite box-girder bridges with corrugated steel webs has developed rapidly abroad, in recent years, this structure type of bridges also get development and application in China,13bridges have been built, more than20bridges are building. Their span distribution develops from small span to large-span, to especially large span direction. At present, many domestic studies on this structure type of bridges mainly concentrate on small and medium-sized span (less than40m),there are few studies of especially large span PC box-girder bridge of corrugated steel web. Therefore in this paper, we study on the especially large span PC composite box-girder continuous rigid frame bridge of corrugated steel web with a main span of160meters by whole and local data simulation analysis and mechanical characteristics research.At first,on the basis of analyzing the traditional composite structures’s calculation principles and methods of the anti-reverse bearing capacity,we propose the simplified calculation methods of the corrugated steel web PC box-girder’s free torsion bearing capacity and verify its reliability. Second,for the large span corrugated steel web PC box-girder bridge,the system of prestressing is very important.And also the shrinkage and creep of concrete play a key role. In order to ensure that the large span corrugated steel web PC box-girder bridge structural safety,we research the influence degree of temperature gradient,temperature changing, the shrinkage and creep of concrete to the whole structure.the partial analysis of especially large span corrugated steel web PC box-girder Bridge. In especially large span corrugated steel web PC box-girder continuous rigid-frame bridge, pier-girder consolidation area is the key position, in order to understand thoroughly stress situation of this part, deep analysis of partial stable situation must be conducted, we finally research the stress distribution of pier-girder area and the shearing stress distribution of corrugated steel web to provide beneficial reference for the design of this place.
