As a new type of composite bridge, the bridge with corrugated steel web has effectively integrated the advantages of box girder, external prestressing and composite structure, which has been developed rapidly in foreign countries. Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, this kind of bridge structure form in our country also obtained a certain degree of construction and application, however, the current domestic researches on bridge with the corrugated steel web are still relatively few.This paper relies on the Guangdong Provincial Department of Transportation Technology Project "design key technologies of long-span girder box-bridge with corrugated steel webs"(serial Number:2012-02-022),analyzing and studying an object based on a single and single cell PC composite continuous box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs with 83m+153m+83m span,designed by the Shenzhen Municipal Design and Research Institute Co. Ltd., with the special bridge finite element software Midas/Civil and large-scale general finite element software ABAQUS.Three main results are obtained as follows:(1) Firstly, according to the related standard, through the comparative analysis, the first load model of fatigue calculation formula with the infinite life design method is used. And fatigue and safety of connecting position between corrugated steel webs and the upper and the lower flange of several typical section are analyzed and checked by modeling with MIDAS/Civil software.The analysis results show that the fatigue stress values are completely met with the specification;(2) Secondly, through direct modeling method, the local fine finite element model at the blocks above the pier through finite element analysis software ABAQUS is established to analyze the stress distribution of the top and bottom plate in different construction stages and different effect combination, which is compared with the model built in Midas/Civil at the same position; The results show that the stress value of the holistic model analysis is less than the one of the partial analysis;(3) Finally, the stress concentration of the turning point at the blocks above the pier is analyzed.It’s relatively more easy to produce stress centralization compared with other object with no arc radius transition;Through the fatigue analysis and calculation of the objective bridge with corrugated steel webs and the partial stress characteristics analysis on the blocks above the middle pier, it can not only provide some valuable information for the same type of bridge with corrugated steel webs at the aspect of design and calculation and numerical simulation analysis but also provide reference for the revision and perfect of related norms in the future.
