Research On Accident Mechanism And Preventing Strategy Of Mountainous Second-class Highway

Recently, the national economy in our country is growing quickly, which brings thetraffic demand growth and makes road transportation pressure increasing. This hascaused a lot of road traffic accidents, the problem of traffic safety assurance onsecondary road in mountainous area is outstanding. In order to improve the traffic safetylevel, this paper puts forward the prevention and control of traffic accident ofsecond-class highway in mountainous areas based on the analysis of characteristics ofthe traffic accident and accident happening mechanism and the causes of the accident—taking Nanfu road for example.At first, based on the statistics of traffic accident, it systematically analyzes thestatistic features of traffic accident on Nanfu road from the aspects of traffic accidentform, traffic accident way and time distribution and so on according to thecharacteristics of Nanfu secondary road. On that basis, it discusses that drivers,pedestrians, the vehicle-related factors and road conditions have an effect on trafficaccidents on roads.Then the traffic accident mechanism and causes are studied. It studies the formingprocess of the traffic accident using road traffic system as the main study object, andbuilds mechanism map of road traffic accident occurrence; It puts forward the accidentcause analysis method based on the grey correlation of main elements, and gets thesorting of traffic accident main reason combined with an example; This paper elaborateson the cause of the accident black spot in planning level and design level, and gets thesafe proposal value of passing sight distance and superelevation by theoretical analysis.Finally, the prevention and control countermeasures and project managementtechnology on second-class highway are raised. This paper discusses prevention andcontrol countermeasures on traffic safety from the education of drivers and pedestrians,highway safety planning, road conditions, traffic safety management, traffic safetyfacilities and so on; Based on our practice, management measures and projectmanagement technology of the accident black spot are put forward, and effectassessment of security engineering on Nanfu road is conducted.
