With the high altitude areas of Guizhou Province highway construction, the construction of rural road mileage is growing, but due to the high altitude areas of special geographical and climatic conditions and high altitude areas of Guizhou Province in rural road surface is more complex than other diseases, especially in their own characteristics. In this paper, drawing on related research at home and abroad on the basis of a detailed investigation of the high altitude areas in Guizhou status of rural roads, combined with high-altitude areas of Guizhou special climatic conditions, traffic conditions, etc., on the asphalt surfacing, slurry seal, asphalt, cement stabilized crushed stone, graded gravel mix design, construction techniques, and mechanical properties of materials, etc., done a lot of tests, carried out a more detailed study. Specific in-depth analysis of the road, roadbed material at high altitudes in Guizhou adaptability to meet the high altitudes of the roadbed, pavement material performance requirements under the premise, taking into account cost factors, and ultimately made a high-altitude areas of Guizhou Province for rural roads typical pavement structure.Weining County, Bijie Guizhou Province both high-altitude areas of six holes-Shiliupu secondary roads for the demonstration project, the proposed high-altitude areas of Guizhou Province typical pavement structure engineering verification entities, and several other high altitude results in lots of road in the application, through a long period of observation, testing, paving the road after the structure has good road performance, and achieved a relatively good results.
