New bridge has been more and more with the fast development of highway traffic since the reform and opening-up. Meanwhile the carrying capacity and speed of the vehicle also rise up quickly. So the dynamic response of the road and bridge with the high speed and heavy load has become significant. This document selects the typical type of bridge that is three-spans continuous bridge and studies its dynamic response with earthquake and other many factors through the finite element model. The vibration between bridge and vehicle is a complex dynamic problem which has been the focus of all society. From the initial locomotivity model to the current move quality model and movable spring-damp-quality model, many scholars have already carried out a lot of study and gained very rich achievements. But the movable spring-damp-quality model brings a lot of difficulties during seaking solution equation because of this model causes the equation becomes a group of varying-coefficients differential equations when people using the model to solve the vibration between bridge and vehicle although the model is much closer to the actual vehicle. More and more scholars prefer to use the numerical analytic method to study the vibration between bridge and vehicle. That is to build the computer simulation model and then gets the numerical solutions which meet accuracy. This method is much easier and simpler comparing with the theoretical analysis. This document first summaries the development conditions of the vibration between bridge and vehicle and describes the study items, study methods and study current conditions of coupling vibration problem of vehicle and bridge in recent years. Then it builds the mathematical model for vehicle and bridge based on the prehuman theory and studies the iteration process of numerical method for the vibration between bridge and vehicle. At last it takes the sample of a three-spans concrete continuous bridge and discusses the impact of the earthquake and other many factors on the vibration between bridge and vehicle and gets the conclusions.
