International Expositions have brought so much enormous economic, social and cultural benefits that many countries and regions are starting to follow. Recently years, Global environment problems have received additional consideration. Besides, Professional expositions on Green Environment have since sprung up in China. Though fairs have been well received in a short time, whose subsequent developments are not good, and most of which transformed into theme parks after held, which should be adjusted urgently and shuffled on operations. Faced with a new round of the innovations about leisure way that "cultural industry, leisure economy" are common, we must pay high attention to the issue on Follow-up Utilization of Expo parks.Firstly, the paper prepares all of relevant documentations about all previous expositions, summarizes several typical modes about follow-up Utilization, and finds characteristic and problems in subsequent developments; Secondly, it chooses three cases, they are, World Garden Expo in Xi’an, Greening Expo of Nanjing and Disneyland. Which are compared with Greening EXPO Garden of Zhengzhou on current situation, neighboring environment and development prospects in order to find a good way to solve the problem. Thirdly, we make Some Analysis and have a comprehensive understanding about the respondents’age group, present address, ways, assessment, advice on follow-up Utilization and so on by Questionnaires, so that we can improve accordingly. On the whole, in combination with the future Urban Planning, the follow-up Utilization of Greening EXPO Garden of Zhengzhou should be made about marketing, working, follow-up Utilization of new architecture, Transformation on open space. That is, The node is not a simple combination of tourism, leisure, performances and exhibitions exhibition theme festivals, entertainment, campaign vacation, education, health, community living in different functions, including food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, entertainment, in one out of six major functional elements.
