With the rapid development of China's social economy,the success of this kind of large-scale event activities like the Garden Exposition has become the key to the city's self-improvement and urban development.More and more cities hope that achieve the goal of urban development through holding the Garden exhibition.By the means of macro-control,so that the park's function and structure in the follow-up stage is in line with the requirements of sustainable development.In recent years,with China's international status continuing to improve,many large-scale international exhibition in China kicked off.Meanwhile,similar to the large-scale city exhibition such as garden exposition,due to the huge scale of the park and the far-reaching influence,so the park's development in the follow-up stage has also been attached the government's attention.Therefore,it is a subject that worthy to study deeply on the model selection used in the follow-up development and how to adjust and plan the park.This paper takes the follow-up use of Wuhan International Garden Exposition venues as the main object of the study,first,makes comparison and summary of domestic and foreign representative classic case of the Garden Exposition,analyses successful experience and failure lessons of the follow-up development,divides the Park Exposition's follow-up development into three modes,and through the investigation and questionnaire of Wuhan Garden Expo venue following summarizes the utilization status and particularity,and through the SWOT analysis method to predict a series of problems met in the exhibition will follow the development stage,proposed the Wuhan Garden Expo venue for retention of city environment development plays a promoting role.Second,from the city's human environment,regional location,ecological concept of 2015(Wuhan)Tenth Garden Exposition's follow-up use according to the city's ecological choice and regional location,and makes a more comprehensive analysis,and finally takes completely reserved model as the choice of Wuhan Garden Exposition follow-up mode.In part of the case analysis,it takes the Wuhan International Garden Exposition as an example,through investigating the visitors' degree of satisfaction to the follow-up development of the Garden Exposition,puts forward the Garden Expo venues should adhere to the people-oriented use in subsequent stages.To reduce energy consumption through the use of environmentally friendly materials,the park,a green ecological park;by the government after the management of specific recommendations,according to the use of the venue,hoping to expand their backyard will use diverse infield museum building.This paper takes Wuhan Garden Expo as an example,and then discuss the existing garden exposition of sustainable development in our country,through the study summarizes the domestic and foreign large garden Expo venue after use experience,I hope the government can in the site planning stage by way of strict bidding group,at the end of the exhibition site later hope through zoning,park environmental protection materials the choice of permanent and temporary buildings,buildings and other aspects of the implementation of the plan to the program,and through the formation of the park investment and other post operation of the industrial chain,to achieve the park in the subsequent stage of development of capital operation is stable,the continuation of Expo spirit.
