Motor designing and manufacturing technology has become more mature from theearly nineteenth century as an important component of the power conversion ortransmission. In the recent years, AC variable-frequency motor has been started to bewidely used in various industrial fields with promote of national high efficiency andenergy saving policy.Firstly, this paper focuses on the present study of mine variable–frequency motorresearch domestic and aboard. And then the designing methods of traditionalasynchronous motor are analyzed. A new method of mine variable-frequency motordesigning is deduced. In the mean time, mine variable-frequency harmonic, torquecharacteristics, mechanical properties and loss are analyzed, and the harmonic analysismodel of mine variable frequency motor is got.Secondly, the specific analysis and design for7.5KW flameproof frequencyconversion is given, and then the specific analysis and design of frequency conversionmotor’s insulation structure is got. The specific analysis design of insulation structure,cooling structure and the structure of the blasting is also got. Finally, the designingresult of7.5KW flameproof variable-frequency traction motor is got.Finally, this paper gives the analysis on magnetic field for7.5KW flameproofvariable-frequency conversion traction motor, showing the torque performance ofvariable-frequency motor, winding current change with the change of time anddistribution of magnetic field.
