The development desing of new type three internal gear motor is a new type of variable,low pulsating hydraulic motor. This subject comes from Anhui province foundation project:"modal of internal gear motor key technology research"(KJ2011A094).Three type internal meshing gear motor torque ripple is just an ordinary inner meshing gear motor1/9,thereby greatly reducing system noise pollution; the gear motor by changing the gear contact when the tooth width and the realization of the variable,greatly expanding the application range of gear motor.This paper firstly analyzes the three internal gear motor instantaneous torque characteristics,and carries on the simulation,the analysis results with ordinary gear inside the gear motor is compared.Secondly,established three type internal meshing gear motor simulation model,and using the finite element analysis software on the three internal gear motor end leakage and redial leakage respectively the simulation analysis of flow field,and pressure difference of2MPa,different end clearance,radial clearance and leakage flow relationship,then the type three gear motor for modal analysis and static analysis,finally obtains the gear motor applicable frequency range and the safety coefficient.And then to the volume and the instantaneous torque ripple minimum as the objective function,built three internal meshing gear motor optimization mathematical model,and by using MATLAB optimization toolbox that final results.Finally the design of three type internal meshing gear motor variable mechanism,the main parts for the design.
