Through a systematic needs to introduce the company’s background and problems, define business requirements, then combining the lean management on system flow and control design, complete the database design, finish coding and implementation of the system. Finally, the application effect of the system are introduced in this paper, also on the combination of lean management and information systems implementation are summarized and prospect.This article through to the enterprise management information system design and implementation of lean management concepts used in sales management.
