As an important part of equipment operation and maintenance,spare parts management is related to the normal production and operation of enterprises,and has been paid more and more attention by business managers.Under the background of increasingly complex and fierce airport competition in the region,SJ company,which is in the critical period of strategic transformation,is facing pressure and challenges in its operational support capability and management level.Using the theory and practice of supply chain management to provide the optimized improvement path for the spare parts management of the company is of great practical significance for the safe,efficient and stable operation of the company,the improvement of operation management level and the improvement of operation performance.Firstly,this thesis introduces the business characteristics of the company and the status quo of spare parts management,and then analyzes the outstanding problems in spare parts management,i.e.,the imperfect classification management of spare parts,the unreasonable demand plan management,the lack of spare parts management assessment system,the lack of information application and the lack of warehouse management ability.Secondly,combined with the actual work,the thesis puts forward the corresponding optimization and improvement plan.That is to say,using ABC classification and Kraljic Matrix to classify the company’s spare parts,so as to implement key management of important spare parts;strengthening the training of management personnel,improving the quota management,scientific prediction of spare parts demand,so as to improve the company’s spare parts plan management level;optimizing and improving the relevant modules and functions of the information system,so as to improve the spare parts management information level;the introduction of key performance indicators related to spare parts management,so as to guide the effective evaluation of spare parts management results.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of optimization and improvement measures,some specific safeguard measures are proposed,and the expected implementation effect is analyzed based on the actual situation of the company.This thesis uses scientific analysis methods,practical spare parts management theory,combined with field research data,to provide an optimized and improved path for the company’s spare parts management,and effectively solve many problems in the company’s spare parts management.It is of great practical significance to ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of equipment,improve business performance,and improve the level of the company’s operation and management.
