LM Company Spare Parts Management Information System Design

Wind power enterprises,use wind energy to produce electricity as the main me,ans of profit.In China,as a new industry,wind power generation belongs to the initial stage,many aspects of experience is slightly inadequate.This paper takes LM company as the research object,view of the deficiencies in spare parts management,Information specialization of all the spare parts involved in LM company.And through the scientific statistical analysis and other technical means to analyze spare parts management strategy,Establish a scientific and rigorous spare part management information system.It can not only control the cost of production,but also further improve the scientific,rational and systematic management of the whole company,effectively improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces the relevant contents of warehouse spare parts management theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the management research and analysis of the paper.Secondly,the status quo of LM Wind Power Co.,Ltd.is expounded,and the status quo of wind power development and spare parts management in China is introduced.The problems existing in spare parts management of LM company are analyzed,such as the low level of informationization in spare parts procurement application of wind farm,the confusion of spare parts information and the lack of smooth information exchange,unreasonable spare parts procurement,unreasonable inventory structure,etc.Spare parts and spare parts management calls for lack of flexibility and lack of data and methods for decision analysis.Thirdly,the construction of spare parts management information system of LM company is introduced,and the management module construction of spare parts m.anagement system of LM company is expounded in detail.Finally,the establishment of the spare parts joint storage management mode is introduced,and the strategy of establishing the spare parts joint management storage mode based on the spare parts management system of LM company is put forward.
