Design And Implementation Of The System Integration For Intelligent Building

With the rapid development of China’s construction industry，the intelligent buildinggradually entered people’s life. Intelligent building not only pursues pretty outline andstabilization, but also seeks to apply computer network, communication network andautomation technology to make intelligent building safer and more comfortable. The majortask of intelligent building’s system integration is to establish the Intelligent BuildingManagement System, also called IBMS, which is the core of monitoring and managementinside the building.The key research task in this paper is to develop an IBMS platform that based on OPC andother Common communication protocol. IBMS is based on the Distributed System to realizenetwork integration, system integration and information integration. All necessary data ofeach subsystem will be collected on the IBMS platform, after data’s collection, analysis andprocessing, the decision-making layer will optimize building control and management inorder to achieve coordinating, high efficiency, economical and energy saving.This paper describes the system structure of IBMS, working principle of each module andintegration mode of each subsystem, gives the code realization of key problems, finally,assesses performance of the IBMS.This paper root in the IBMS of The Dongguan broadcast and TV center, and we usedMicrosoft.NET technique to realize the intelligent building management platform whichsupports various communication interface and protocols such as OPC, Modbus, TCP/IP,RS232/485. The actual operation shows that this platform realizes information sharing of thebuilding and effective management of the subsystems of building, all these have certainpractical significance for engineering application of IBMS.
