The management information system is a new concept to accompany with the development of information technique, computer technique, network technique and industry control technique. As to intelligent building, it is also a fresh thing accompany with above main technical development. Exactly under such environment, the article, by researching key technique of realizing integrated intelligent building management information system, gathered the manage experiences and the technique development at the same time, carries out based on the system integration project of a post&telecom intelligent building.The main contents of this thesis include:1. Research on the integration of the intelligent building equipments control network. Through researching to control technique development of industry field, put forward the application of the Ethernet is a main development direction of realizing integration among all equipments of intelligent building.2. Research on data exchange interface of management database with the real-time database. How to realize the exchange and fusion of data is the key to solving the control network and information network integration. By studying database development and technique of different database connecting with each other, resolve the problem about management database of intelligent building facilities opening and connecting with real time control database. The thesis has put forward three-level software framework of the information network and control network integration. That is: on the field-level by adopting OPC technology, the communication between the on-the-spot equipment and configuration software and the collection of the real-time data are completed. On the warning-level by using ODBC, the communication between the real-time database and relation database is finished. On the Management-level by utilizing ASP application procedure, the communication between the relation database and the Web server is finished, so the control network can be controlled in the long-range.3. The integral system network construction design, With the structural research in applied software, the software framework is applied to the integration of the central air conditioning control network and information network successfully, and has made satisfactory achievement. Finally, the expert system of central air conditioning based on ASP technology is finished through combining the expert system with Web technology. Realize resources of integrated intelligent building management information share, increasing the work efficiency of the building equipments (facilities) management, lower the cost of running and maintenance.
