With the continuous development of our country economic society and people’s living standard is increasing day by day, accompanied by the raging tide of new science and technology revolution to the people to food, clothing, shelter, transportation, use, and way, like work, entertainment and consumption present increasingly diversified, humane, dynamic development and change, and in order to constantly meet people’s growing material and cultural and spiritual needs, and thus lead to the total energy consumption are increasingly larger, break through the red resources environmental capacity, which directly caused by air pollution, climate change and other environmental and social problems are increasingly prominent, and become a major hidden danger to the further development of economic and social. Pressing for our efforts to realize the sustainable development of economic society and resource environment, realize the intensive and efficient utilization of resources, share beautiful harmonious China.Commercial buildings is one of the most common types of public buildings types, closely connected with People’s Daily work and life. However, some commercial buildings in fully meet people’s comfort, diversification, personalization, generated a lot of energy consumption. Commercial building energy consumption in public building type accounted for more than a big energy consumption, high energy consumption, waste, and energy saving space and its effect is remarkable, achievement is obvious.Commercial buildings by adopting intelligent integration system, the dispersed organic unity integration and management for various electrical and mechanical parts, can realize the use function of 1+1> 2, building environmental benefits; 1+1< 2 energy consumption and waste of resources, at the same time, business intelligent system contained within each subsystem by implementing measures to control the distribution of energy conservation together form the architectural energy saving part of the business intelligence. Through commercial buildings in the integrated system of intelligent system of investment and system energy conservation benefit comparison, measure its return on investment balance interval nodes, thereby obtain the business intelligence building energy-saving benefit in the whole life cycle.
