At present in real ABS product of use, most ABS adopts the logical threshold control, which has no corresponding theory as guidance, whose control logic is complex and the choice of parameter can only rely on experience and lots of road experiments to select. So it not only costs much but also prolongs product exploitation period. This kind of control way still has problem for interference and the suit ability of complex road .This paper attempts to use a kind of new control way—fuzzy control to research on automobile ABS. The research items are as follows:(1) In the foundation of forefathers, it studies further automobile ABS control principle and fuzzy control theory ,and establishes vehicle dynamical model of single wheel and fuzzy controller model;(2) In vehicle dynamical model of single wheel foundation, it estab- lishes ABS fuzzy control system SIMULINK model with the tool case of MATLAB/SIMULINK, which is emulated and analysed;(3) In original fuzzy control system foundation, it joins the identific- ation algorithm of road surface and emulate to study;(4) Hardware and software of automobile ABS controller of is develo- ped based on fuzzy control.It can improve interference rejection and the control precision of aut- omobile ABS with fuzzy control. It establishes foundation through the rese- arch of this paper for the automobile ABS product of fuzzy control and has certain theoretical value and scientific meaning.
