Environmental pollution brought from the traditional energy is serious day by day, and the total reserve is declining year after year, so developing and utilizing new energy is a key to solve the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems. Among them, solar PV system is the apotheosis of new energy utilization, high frequency transformer is an important component in the solar PV system, and its performance will decide the efficiency and reliability of power system. High frequency transformer windings are seriously affected by skin effect and the proximity effect, which will lead to the loss increase and low efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency of the system, we should optimize the design of windings in high frequency transformer. The results of the experiments show that the proposed of winding model is feasible.Firstly, this paper starts from Maxwell equations and uses the Maxwell2D electromagnetic field simulation software to research the problems of parallel windings in high-frequency situation. The results showed that a simple parallel windings arrangement can not distribute current evenly or reduce the high-frequency losses. Secondly, built three different structures winding models of the flyback transformer, and contrast leakage inductance, ac resistance and loss of three models, by using the eddy current field solver of simulation software on a numerical simulation, we can get the hybrid winding structure model parameters are the best. At last, designs a150W flyback miniature inverter prototype and two transformers which are different windings structure:one is the regular structure, the other is a hybrid winding structure. And then carries out comparative experiments and tests the inverter circuit.The experimental results show that when the primary and secondary windings use hybrid structure, the transformer operates in high reliability and its output waveform has low harmonic, significantly improves the efficiency of miniature inverter, the feasibility of winding structure is verified.
