High frequency transformer is an important part of power electronic transformer.With the development of high-power electronic technology,the high frequency makes the volume of power electronic transformer greatly reduced and the power density increases.The function of high frequency transformer is to realize isolate circuit and transmit power.Because of the increase of the frequency,the high frequency effect of the high frequency transformer has a serious impact on the winding loss and the distribution parameters,which makes the reliability and stability of the circuit reduced.So the study of high frequency transformer is very important.This paper focuses on the influencing factors of high frequency transformer winding eddy current loss and the calculation of distribution parameters of high frequency transformer.The loss of high frequency transformer is closely related to its structure and arrangement,so this article calculates the coil loss of the different winding structure to clarify the relationship between winding structure and loss.A formula for calculating the eddy current losses in a planar transformer is derived and used to calculate the loss of different winding structures.This formula not only simplifies the calculation complexity of winding loss,but also illustrates the relationship between the winding structure and winding loss and parameters.The correctness of the formula is also verified by the finite element method.For the study of the distribution parameters,this paper analyzes the capacitance effect of the high frequency transformer based on the double winding model.The capacitance effect caused by the winding voltage variation is obvious,when the transformer's frequency is high.In view of the equivalent model of the double winding power electronic transformer,the calculation formula of the distribution capacitance of the model is derived based on the electric field energy.The feasibility of the formula is proved by the electromagnetic field simulation and the experiment of low frequency and high frequency.
