| With the development of industry, the massive electric power electronic installations are applied in the power supply system.The proportion and number of rectifier loads is increasingly increasing. The rectifier loads feedbacks current harmonics component to the electrical system, which is the main reason of network harmonic, the injection of harmonic makes the waves of voltage and current in power system to be aberrant seriously, which makes the power quality decreased. Electrical energy measurement is the gist of the economic accounting in power system, and the measuring precision affects the economic and society benefit between provider and asker directly. The electrical energy transaction process is realizes through the electrical energy metering mechanism, however, electric energy meter is the core part of the electrical metering mechanism, whose measuring veracity count for much the precision of the electrical energy measurement. Therefore, it is necessary to study thoroughly on the effect of harmonics on the electrical measurement.There are two main research objectives in this paper:one is studying the change of the existing electric energy meter on variable, and discussing its rationality and accuracy in harmonic condition; another is basing on the preceding discussion, and then find a reasonable design plan of electric energy meter whose accuracy is high.In this paper starting from the structure and working principle of induction watt-meter and electrical meter, the error of electric measurement has been analyzed, the impact of power meter and its inconsequence have been discussed. Then in Matlab/Simulink condition, constructing the model, measuring the direction and amplitude exactly, and verifying the influence of harmonic on electric energy meter. Finally, aiming at the inconsequence of the current power measurement way, the paper provides a kind of new and reasonable design plan of electric energy meter, which is designed according to Nuttall windowing. |
