As a strategic idea clean,renewable energy, more and more attention has been paid to solar energy. In recent decades, photovoltaic power generation technology which has got a remarkable development has been one of the most important ways of using solar energy.This paper hammered at the research of practical miniature photoelectric complementary power supply system and proposed the design ideas, which make the system not only can be powered by solar energy alone but also by the Grid. For the design of single-phase PV inverters basic control circuit, the inverter and network control and dual-mode grid-connected inverter switching control, I made a systematic research and analysis.Firstly, we introduced the structure and working principle of the miniature photoelectric complementary power supply system, analyzed the operation modes and operating characteristics.We established the phase-locked loop tracking control circuit, the sine wave generator circuit, the triangular wave generator circuit and SPWM comparison circuit by using Multisim a simulation tool. We verified its effectiveness and possibility of hardware implementation meanwhile verified the effectiveness and possibility of its circuit through the simulation.Combined with the system’s operation features, we analyzed the inverter tracking control strategy, and established the regulator links, power adjustment links, and current feedback links, accomplished the regulation and control of the inverter output signal’s amplitude, phase and active power, optimized the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation system.Make a further research of the problems and related technologies of the system. Analyzed the switching process and existed problems of dual-mode and network inverse in two modes, discussed the idea of seamless switching control strategy in-depth, proposed a seamless handoff scheme based on traditional dual-loop control and using the indirect current algorithm and made the corresponding modeling and simulation.The system is low in cost, which can take full advantage of the photovoltaic power generation system. The fast and effective control strategies can make well tracks for the inverter output signal on the mains voltage, frequency and phase.
