Nowadays, power plant units are getting higher capacity and parameter to make resources used more rationally and efficiently, on the other hand to meet the growing demand for electricity. Thus the units are more complex and automated, and it puts forward higher requirements for the economic and safe running of power plant units’ production, which demands workers having higher professional knowledge, excellent operation and adaptability. Therefore, training of operating persons has become an important part, while power plant simulation technology meets the requirement very well.Taking XUZHOU power plant’s1000MW steam turbine system as research object, this paper models the major equipments such as turbine body, condenser, deaerator and heaters by using mechanism method, then gets them second modeled by computer language, and models some systems such as Steam System(Main Steam and Reheat Steam System, Regenerative Extraction Steam, Auxiliary Steam System, Shaft Gland System and Vacuum System), Condensation water and water supply System, Turbine Oil System and so on in LN simulation support platform. Some relevant parameters and field data error reaches to American National Standards of steady-state accuracy at the full load conditions after the debugging completed based on the data provided by Xuzhou power plant. It also includes several typical systems simulation tests such as faults tests of Turbine Body System, Condensation water and water supply System and HP Heater System, obtains some output responses of each key parameter, which are in line with theoretical analysis and actual curves trend that proves the simulation model of turbine system is correct.The turbine system simulation model in this paper, the boiler simulation model which is based on LN simulation support platform and the generator system simulation model in VG simulation environment together make up the simulation model of XUZHOU power plant1000MW unit, which realizes the full scope simulation of the unit.
