The combination of distributed generation technologies and large-grid power system will be a inevitable trend of development, whose can learn from each otherto provide users with higher quality power. Distributed generation that has the advantages of saving energy, environmental negative impact on small, helping to solve the power shortage in a relatively short period of time, reducing network losses and transmission and distribution investment, diversification of services, improveing reliability, is one of the best ways to provide users with reliable and quality power on the utilization of existing resources and equipment. With access to distributed generation technologies, it will affect node voltage, line current, short circuit current, power supply security, the static stability of his distribution network, and the impact is closely related to the location and capacity of distributed power, It is also bound to bring new challenges to the traditional distribution network planning and urge the distribution network plannersmust consider its impact in selecting the optimal solution. In this paper, the multi-objective model for distribution network planning containing the distributed generation from view of distribution network will be build. The objective function includethe economy which contain converted to annual investment and distributed power operating costs and power purchase cost after the introduction of the power distribution and stability of the distribution network which is the static stability margin. At the same time, the node voltage constraints, wire power constraints, the running constraints of distributed power was introduced as the constraint penalty factorThe total power capacity is determined by the new distributed load capacity. In the case of the number and position of distributed power and a single power supply capacity are all uncertain, the distributed power multi-objective optimization model about the the location and volume is established. Multi-objective genetic algorithm will generate the location and capacity of distributed power, and we consider the economy and stability assessment of the distribution network to measure the pros and cons of various options and then make realistic options based on the actual situation.Through multiobjective genetic algorithm optimization of distributed power’s apacity and location will be computed and results of distribution network which contain and not contain distributed power distribution is compared. Numerical example show that access to distributed power optimization of distribution network will brling a certain amount of economy and stability. Also from another side the access of distributed power generation technologies to the distribution network will bring more favorable impact and distributed power generation in the power system will be applicated more widely.
