In recent years, as environmental pollution aggravate gradually, the emergence ofenergy crisis and the concept of electricity market restructuring makes the distributedpower more and more get the attention of people. As the country’s emphasis on newenergy, distributed generation has made rapid development in our country. Smart gridrequires acceptance of distributed power distribution network can be free, but due tothe randomness of distributed power supply, scattered, instability of output, control ofcomplex and so on characteristics, after its access to distribution network will bringpositive and negative aspects of the distribution network. Improvement such asvoltage, power loss, power quality, distribution network automation, safe and reliableoperation of the short circuit current and etc. These effects depend on the type ofdistributed power supply, installation position and size and so on. Therefore, thechoice of the reasonable placement and capacity of distributed power supply size hasthe extremely important significance.The purpose of this paper is to determine the optimal location and placement ofdistributed power supply, to improve the technical parameters of the network,including power loss and voltage distribution and short circuit level. Put forward theobjective function significantly increased the speed of convergence and search for theoptimal solution. In addition, using the genetic algorithm to determine the optimalweight coefficient to obtain accurate optimization results. Weight coefficient isdetermined according to the demand of the network. The genetic algorithm for theminimum objective function, and in the process of optimization to find the optimalanswer. IEEE33node, for example, in the end, this paper, the algorithm as well as theobjective function for the network test and simulation, and the results are discussed indetail.Then, determine the optimal placement of the distributed power distributionnetwork access and capacity size, optimize the distribution network reconstruction,the research of distributed power grid after distribution network reconfigurationproblem under fault condition new method become the focus of attention. This paperputs forward the solving plan chance constrained model of distribution networkreconfiguration of the improved ant colony algorithm to solve distributed powerdistribution network reconfiguration method. This method takes the active power loss and load balance index minimum as objective function, through the improved antcolony system algorithm to enhance the ability of ant colony algorithm to jump out oflocal optimal solution, the algorithm of global search ability increased significantly,and can avoid the premature convergence problem effectively. Apply the algorithm toIEEE33node system, the simulation results show that the method not only caneffectively decrease network loss, and load balance index is smaller, improved thequality of power supply.
