The aim of the subject is to improve the defect of current engine test platform, such as function is single, scalability is poor, building platform system not according user’s need, and adapt to the modern engine test platform for the latest requirements. Based on the above points, this thesis is aimed to study on flexible engine test platform and its development.The research object is settled on the Engine experimental bench designed by SAIC commercial vehicle technology center. Flexible engine test platform’s port compatibility, high-speed data receiving, convenience data storage and the flexibility user operation are analyzed in detail. The main contents of this thesis are as following:(1)According to the latest engine test platform requirements, design the object-oriented platform framework by adding flexible testing technology elements. At the same time set up a "device library" in the data-receiving layer. Platform’s generality, high-speed, scalability, flexibility, good user interactivity are considered in the design scheme, which are the direction of engine test platform development.(2)In order to meet in the process of engine test platform for large data quantity rapid receiving requirement, the research object based on the rational platform framework of engine flexible testing platform for further development and improvement. In data receiving layer bring in multithreading technology, high speed timer technology and buffer cycle technology, combined with "flexible test" supply every acquisition parameters for a "soft" channel, to ensure that every parameter data calculation, display, storage, read process clear.(3)In order to guarantee the large data quantity data storage ability, the research object carried on the further development and improvement of the engine flexible test platform database access performance, using ADO technology and object-oriented programming language, realizes the dynamic database and table establishment, the automatic import of parameters, and access the data according to the parameter name, which ensure the database access of high-speed and reduce the waste of the database resources.Through the validation and analysis of engine flexible test platform in different transmission protocol conditions, the multi-channel and multithreading "soft" connection are realize, which ensure he high-speed data acquisition, fast data access, and real-time data display function. Through the platform operation of the user, to achieve the user flexible definition purpose according to the test mission. Engine flexible test platform greatly improves the insufficient of original test platform, adapt to the new requirement of testing tasks, they are valuable of application and development.
