The research target of testing system is determined after the analysis processof domestic research and the present situation of products, which is how tomeasure the valid value, power, power parameters and frequency of three-phasevoltage and three-phase current accurately.Firstly, according to the research importance of this paper, hardwareasynchronous method is adopted as the approach of testing system, and theprinciple and operation formula are also determined. The paper introduces otherparameter definition, calculating formula of testing system, rating parameter andunload parameter, establishes the judgment mode of small and medium typemotors’ operating state.Secondly, this paper designs the hardware configuration of total testingsystem, narrates the configuration feature of testing system, and demonstratesmain hardware circuit and interface configuration. For example, S/H circuit, A/Dconvert circuit, phase locked circuit, liquid crystal circuit, host controller andamplifier circuit. Some components of the design are selected and the softwaresystem of testing system is compiled, which according to hardware circuit. Theresisting interfere technology of hardware has been done.Thirdly, in order to improve the precision of testing system, theconfiguration error has been interpreted and corresponding solution has beenpresented. Technology index is defined according to the result of error analysis.Finally, according to this paper, the prototype has been designed for testingsystem, and verified the principle. The function of software and hardware isadopted by testing system. Uncertainty analysis of error analysis theory isselected to prove measurement data. Lastly, the testing system has been provedby Heilongjiang Metrology Institute of Measurement&Verification.
