Aviation catheter as the important part of the aviation hydraulic system, since thecatheter work pressure frequently changes, aviation catheters are often burst at the catheterconnector. So how to improve the technology of pipe joint quality and parts productionstability has become the primary task of ensuring flight safety. At present, the connector ofreplacement parts is still manual manufacturing, which is hand forming half shell of catheterconnector, and then welding it into a whole. The disadvantages of hand-made parts, welding,and other means of production are low productivity, high scrap rates, low accuracy andshaped instability. In order to improve work efficiency, enhance the quality of repair, thebranch height of T-shape tube joint forward tube disposable composite forming method,realize the aviation catheter joint internal forming parts localization and independent, andbreak foreign monopoly in our country related parts.This passage study the T-shaped tube internal high pressure compound bulging processby finite element numerical simulation (DYNAFORM) of the characteristics of pipe forming.The main results are as follows:Forming process using force control mode is better than displacement control mode;If the axial feed is too large, the high inner pressure will cause the wall thicknessincrease seriously even wrinkle; The equilibrium pressure and internal pressure on thecontrary, excessive internal pressure or too small to balance the pressure will cause branch topthinning serious, but the branch height is too small; Bilinear loading method is better thanthe single linear loading; The lower friction coefficient, the radius is bigger, the materialflow resistance is small and the forming is better;For T-shaped tube compound forming technology and the forming requirements, design asimple forming die and a corresponding hydraulic control system, and research the controltheory;...
