With the development of computer science and technology and its neighboringdisciplines, embedded technology with broad space for development. Embedded productsin all walks of life is essential to the people’s production and life technology technology.With the development of industrial modernization and increasing people’s living standards,not only embedded technology application and development of the motor also has beenincreasingly widely used in all walks of life. Thus, the control requirements of the motorbecomes higher and higher, more diversity. Permanent magnet synchronous motor becauseof its excellent performance in terms of people’s lives and industrial production has beenwidely used, it is essential in the modern industrial equipment. Become the main object ofstudy of the motor control system in the field, due to the rapid development of thepermanent magnet synchronous motor and replace the DC motor has good practical valueand significance for the study of the field of the permanent magnet synchronous motorcontrol. These advantages make the permanent magnet synchronous motor control areas ofresearch more in-depth. Law intended herein Semiconductor Company specifically formotor control production of the chip STM32main microcontroller, IPM AC permanentmagnet synchronous motors embedded control platform as the drive to build. Throughaccess to information at home and abroad, to learn the knowledge of the motor speedcontrol system applications, system analysis of the mathematical model of the motor. Adetailed analysis of the vector control theory and its characteristics and the mathematicalmodel of the coordinate transformation in the coordinate system of rotating with constantcoefficients, to facilitate the study of motor control. SPWM, SVPWM and DCT algorithmsdetermine control of the motor SVPWM Algorithm.This article uses STMicroelectronics core ARM Cortex-M3STM32chip as the mainmicrocontroller, Mitsubishi’s DR30built as a drive AC permanent magnet synchronousmotors embedded control platform. Through access to relevant information at home and abroad, to learn the knowledge of the motor speed control system applications, systemanalysis of the mathematical model of the motor. Detailed analysis of the vector controltheory, coordinate transformation principle and the principle of PI regulator. Coordinatetransformation mathematical model in a rotating coordinate system with constantcoefficients and PI regulator, so as to control the motor. Through research and compareseveral algorithms SPWM, SVPWM and DTC to determine SVPWM algorithm to achievecontrol of permanent magnet synchronous motor.This paper introduces a control platform hardware and hardware components,connected to the working principle. Again on the basis of this, the application keil softwaredevelopment environment to write system software programs, including the main program,the current sampling program, coordinate transformation program, PI adjustment program,SVPWM interrupt program. In order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm and systemreliability of the entire system based Simulation of the simulation results verify thealgorithm correct and feasible. The system has the characteristics of fast dynamic,high-performance and high efficiency, applied to the motor speed control process requireshigh system stability, good occasions.
