Design Of Motor Operating Mechanism Controller For High Voltage Circuit Breaker

In the breaker operating mechanisms, motor operating mechanism is a new type operating mechanism, which uses a motor to replace complex intermediate links in the traditional operating mechanisms. Motor operating mechanisms conditions generally differ from continuous servo motion, so the motor operating mechanism controller must be suitable for circuit breaker working characteristic.In accordance with permanent magnet brushless DC motor application for operating mechanisms of126kV high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, this paper mainly propose a high-voltage circuit breakers permanent magnet brushless motor actuator system control program the motor characteristics can better meet the circuit breaker opening and closing speed characteristics.This paper first introduced in the domestic and foreign motor actuator and a permanent magnet brushless DC motor Research status. Then introduced the motor operating mechanism and for providing a theoretical basis of the contacts speed of adjustment, establish a mathematical model of the operating mechanism; according to the mechanical parameters of arc chamber and combining with the motion characteristics of contact, analysis operating mechanism control system requirements. By contrast the commonly motor PWM modulation determined low-frequency single chop PWM mode. Detailed design the control circuit based on TMS320F2812, auxiliary circuit and based on the power of high-power single-ended fly-back drive hardware circuit and complete the preparation of the related software and debugging and produce a prototype.The test results show that the developed controller, realize the general functions of circuit breaker motor operating mechanism control system requirements, and can realize the contact closing speed regulation, meet the control characteristics of a given. Lay the foundation for intelligent operation circuit breaker.
