The paper is based on the classical theory of the projectile external trajectory, theprojectile is divided into three categories, which are static unstable rotation projectile,non-rotating empennage projectile and rotating empennage projectile.After the kinematicsanalysis on all kinds of projectile flight attitude, the general motion of three kinds ofprojectile which on exterior ballistics’ line segment is obtained, the projectile’s complexspace angle motion is divided into three independent movements which include rotationaround its axis, nutation relative to the velocity vector line and precession in the plane of thenutation. A theoretical basis for designing the projectile motion simulation test device isprovided.Combined with the knowledge of mechanical dynamics, three separate servo motorsupply power for simulating the projectile rotation, precession and nutation.Application ofball joint and universal joint and other special mechanical structure limit the degree offreedom of mechanism motion, the three-dimensional model of the projectile flight attitudesimulation test device is converted into the finite element model and the dynamic model. Inthe ANSYS Workbench software, modal analysis and harmonious response analysis areused to study the vibration characteristics of the finite element model, and get the model’snatural frequency and deformation frequency response function curve of key parts,andensure the equipment away from possible resonance region stable operation. By usingADAMS mechanical system simulation software to analyze dynamic model of the projectilemotion simulation test device, on the one hand, the movement relation among componentscan be intuitively reflected, discover the motion interference and unreasonable design ofstructure timely, and improve it. On the other hand, required parts’ trajectory curve and stress can be measured. The trajectory curve is measured by software and mathematicaltheory curve from the kinematics analysis of projectile flight attitude are consistent, whichverify the rationality of the design of the model.Force measurement can provide datareference for power system.
