In modern war,because the military targets on the ground are easy to be detected,many important military targets have been transferred to the deep underground,most of the conventional weapons have been unable to effectively attack these targets,the ground penetrating bombs have emerged as an important weapon to attack these targets,and the penetration fuse is its core component.The penetration fuze can obtain the target information according to the detection device(high G acceleration sensor),complete the target identification,and make it penetrate into the target to a certain depth before detonating the projectile,so as to achieve the maximum damage.But the layer counting fuze technology is a more common and reliable control method.The traditional layer counting fuze usually judges the number of layers by setting the threshold value.However,in the actual situation,the projectiles are not all vertical penetration targets,there will be a certain penetration angle,so it is possible to penetrate into the vertical wall,forming a miscalculation,so that the projectiles have been detonated before reaching the target layers.In this paper,the oblique penetration of projectile is analyzed,and a new stratagem is given,which can make the projectile eliminate the interference of vertical wall to stratagem,and provide a reference for the stratagem technology of non forward penetration of projectile into hard target.The force analysis of projectile penetration process was carried out,and the theoretical formulas of penetration attitude change and penetration trajectory are derived.Then,the model of projectile forward penetration and oblique penetration into multi-layered spacer plate is established.On the basis of oblique penetration,the vertical wall structure is added,and the finite element simulation software is used to simulate it,and the change rule of projectile acceleration is analyzed?Matlab is used to program the penetration process.According to the acceleration data obtained by simulation,the attitude change and penetration trajectory of the projectile in the penetration process are obtained.Combined with the acceleration change law,the number of layers of the target plate penetrated is counted and the layer calculation method is established.On the basis of the determination of the method,according to the change of the vertical and horizontal acceleration of the projectile,the influence of the vertical wall structure on the method is eliminated,and the accurate method is realized.A layer planning strategy suitable for both forward and oblique penetration is proposed.
