The dynamic rail-weighbridge of continuous tracks means that, the weighing rail on theweighing platform is a piece of the non-cracking rail, ensuring keeping the weighing platformfrom the shocking from the running train; and the weighing system can achieve the weighingtask when the train runs on the weighing platform. Because of the fast weighing and highmeasuring precision, the dynamic rail-weighbridge will become the mainstream in theweighing field. The thesis puts forward two sets of the dynamic rail-weighbridge systems, introducesthe parts of the each system in detail, and presents experiments made with the two systems inthe weighing site where the weighing platform designed completely is. By comparison, thesecond system occupies more smaller room, and has the high sampling rate. However, thetwo systems can meet the sampling need. Moreover, the parameters about the train, such asvehicle weight, speed, the number of carriages and so on, can be getted from the twosystems by processing data. The weigh bridge test car failed to be contacted before the thesisreplying, so the precision of two systems are to be tested in the future. Finally, the thesis designs a vibration model of the “carriage-rail system” and there arethree kinds of vibration—vibration between upper and lower places, pitching forward orbackward, and swing between the left and right, from three directions of six objectsincluding the carriage. The model has fourteen degrees of freedom. It can get thecorresponding differential equations through the analysis of stresses, and the mass of thecarriage can be determined by solving the equations. It provides the theoretical basis for thehigh precision measurement of the trains.
