The problems of precision are the core issues and cannot be avoid in the field of the railway vehicle of weighing-in-motion(WIM).This paper use the structure data of dynamic rail weighbridge without foundation pit and continuously track to establish the 3D dynamic and simulate model.Then import the model to ADAMS to simulate and analysis.The real measurement combined with simulation,Research the factors such as the speed and load to the influence of the measured results for implementing the compensation algorithm based on speed,increase the vehicle weighing precision Within 20 km/h.Followings are the main contents in this paper :(1)Build and make the experiment with the vehicle weighing system: choose the rail pad type of weighing sensor product by QianJiang weighing co.,LTD?the GCU-100-16 data acquisition instrument product by Beijing road company?PCI-9111 data acquisition card product by AD – Link etc.After weighing system set up,analyze the sensor output value,stability,and system calibration experiment.(2)Establish the 3D dynamic and simulate model: In real rail,rail pad sensor,check scale models for the 3D model reference prototype,according to the actual size of 3D rail vehicle dynamic weighting model to establish the model in the Solid Works software,then translated into Parasolid file and imported into the ADAMS motion simulation software,added the constraints between each of the components in the vehicle as well as the parameter setting,and then,do the simulations under different velocity and different load process.Compare with the simulation data and the measured data to validate the reliability of the model.(3)Model Speed compensation: Through theoretical analysis,got the speed compensation factor in the simulation software to compensate the speed of the weighing results.The results show that the model of finite element dynamic rail weighbridge based on ADAMS,the accuracy of compensation,along with the load,the speed is accelerated,the compensation effect is better,to a large extent reduced the dynamic weighing system of weighing error,improve the accuracy.
