Although, in recent years, shenyang alsobring in some high-end testing equipment to perform quality inspections to completed roadsconstruction, but there are still some quality problems of some roads even during thewarranty period. Therefore, this paper analyzed the current status of municipal engineeringprojects quality of Liaoning Meicheng Road&Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd., combined withrelavant project quality management theorys, learning from the experience of specificconstruction quality management of Clove Avenue project of Clove Lake New City, todevelop the quality management system conforming to the development of the enterprise,and to study the construction quality control measures to municipal projects.As a construction enterprise, construction quality is the first priority for the survival anddevelopment of the enterprise. Vigorously improving the construction quality managementlevel can not only win good economic and social benefits for enterprise, but also reduce thewaste of resources, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the city.The innovation of this paper lies in the use of engineering quality management theory to guide the practice of municipal project construction quality management, and put forwardeffective theory from practice to solve the problems existing in the construction units aboutconstruction quality management, proposing effective construction quality managementsystem and measures in view of the municipal engineering projects to ensure the qualitystandards of municipal engineering projects. Meanwhile, Liaoning Meicheng Road&BridgeEngineering Co., Ltd. still in the rising development stage, the study on projects qualitymanagement is extremely important to achieve the company’s development strategy. In thispaper, a comprehensive study on the municipal project construction quality management alsohas a certain reference significance for other domestic enterprises with equivalent level ofqualification.
