Research On Quality Management Of HFBL Municipal Engineering Project

With the rapid social and economic development of our country, the process of urbanization comes into an unprecedented rapid development period, urging the municipal infrastructure construction to its peak. In this process, some project managers pay more attention to lowering engineering project cost and to shortening the project construction deadline, thus resulting in the happening of construction quality accidents. Meanwhile the accidents cause much economic loss and casualties. How to make the city constructions to meet quality standards becomes the imminent task to solve.This paper first introduces the basic concepts of project quality management and basic principles; secondly take the participation in the HFBL project as a case, combined with the factors affecting the characteristics and quality of municipal engineering project, the project quality plan, the quality project principles, quality objectives, organization and construction organization design; quality control for HFBL again municipal project from construction preparation, construction process control and completion and acceptance stage is analyzed; finally, the quality of HFBL project assurance measures are discussed. Have the certain reference significance to the quality management of municipal engineering project.
