Research On Construction Quality Management Of Municipal Engineering Project

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the construction of infrastructu-re is accelerated apparently, project quality has become the focus of attention. Because of the particularity of municipal engineering, municipal engineering project construction quality is not only related to the local social and economic development, but also directly related to the interests of the people and travel safety. At present, our country laws and regulations about municipal project quality management has been initially established, and the practice of construction quality management has made great progress, but the construction quality management activity still exists many problems, therefore, research on construction quality management of municipal engineering project has important practical significance. To solve the problems in the municipal project construction quality management, construction quality management processes in the first section, Road10, ecological park in Dongguan City for the study, this paper combines quality management theory and construction of municipal projects in specific cases, by analyzing the ecological garden project construction quality management of several links, studies measures to ensure the construction quality of municipal engineering projects.This paper uses a combination method of case studies and normative research, first describes the basic theory of construction quality management of municipal engineering project, and then analyses the factors influencing construction quality management, analyses the problems in construction quality management, and explains the necessity and feasibility of construction quality management. Through combining construction quality management activities in the first section, Road10road municipal engineering, ecological park in Dongguan City, this paper studies construction quality masterminding of ecological park project, including:quality objectives, the establishment of quality assurance system, quality guarantee measures etc.; and studies construction quality control process of ecological park project, detects of quality of cement stabilized crushed stone, asphalt concrete by using the method of mathematical statistics; summarizes enlightenment of construction quality management in ecological park project:quality management work should be closely linked to the company’s actual situation, quality management should be throughout the whole construction process, we should bring into full play the critical role of leadership in construction quality management.By link theory with practice, to apply advanced theory of municipal project construction quality management in engineering construction, effectively raising the level of municipal engineering project construction quality management. To ensure the construction quality of municipal engineering projects, enterprises need to enhance construction quality management organizations, need to optimize constructi-on organization design, do a good job in construction quality masterminding, strengthen construction quality control, build long-term mechanism of construction quality management, implementing construction quality management on this basis, enterprises will make good economic and social benefits, reduce the waste of resources, promote the healthy development of the urbanization process.The innovation points of this paper are, applying quality management theory in construction quality management practice and from practice to theory to solve problems in construction quality management, then proposing municipal project construction quality management strategies, ensuring that municipal engineering quality meet the requirements. This study is more comprehensive and systematic, on construction quality control of municipal project is a breakthrough, and has a certain significance to the other construction companies.
