Research And Design Of Sweeping And Suction Sweeper Truck

Sweeper truck is a kind of heavy usage special sanitation vehicles, the application of hybrid technology used in sweeper truck has great significance to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. This paper is based on a project of Production, Education&Research of Guangdong Province. The research was mainly based on two aspects, design of power system and control system. Our analytic works in concrete are mainly as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzed the general hybrid system, and aimed at traditional double power sweeper truck, sets forward a specifically hybrid system to sweeping and suction sweeper truck, and determine its main structural design and layout.Then, the main parameters were determined, and a simulation model was established in Cruise. This simulation model included the models of engine, motor, vehicle dynamics, work device and so on. The simulation experiment was carried out under the condition of two kinds of cycle, transportation and cleaning work. Results show that compared with traditional double power sweeping and suction sweeper truck, the hybrid sweeper truck we designed can not only meet the requirements of vehicle dynamic performance, and has good oil-saving effect.At last, a new-type control scheme of the control system of the hybrid sweeper truck were proposed. And designed the hybrid vehicle control unit system, that micro control unit MC9S12DG128and its hardware circuit system, software system of vehicle control unit which included hardware drive layer program and upper management program. After that, testified the performance of vehicle control unit by HIL, the results showed that the vehicle control unit was reliable and also can make the demand of vehicle functional requirements.
