With the development of industrialization and urbanization, increasing numbersof pollutants enter water bodies as the form of industrial wastewater, domestic sewage,farmland runoff, atmospheric dust, precipitation, etc., which lead to the pollution ofwater bodies at different degree and cause a continuous increase of water’s harmfulsubstances in the respect of species and content. At present, the problems that watertreatment faces mainly show as organic pollutants, high strength ammonia,by-products of disinfection, biological stability of water quality, etc.The issue that drinking water source’s pollution is aggravated starts followingwith industry’s rapid development and urbanization’s acceleration. Moreover, thestandard of drinking water is enhanced. It is hard to produce reaching standard waterusing conventional methods. And it is necessary to improve original methods. Now,the improvement aiming at water purification process is carried out from three aspectswhich respectively are adding pre-treatment technology, strengthening conventionaltreatment processes and increasing advanced treatment processes.Going through more than50years, Daqing oilfield’s water supply system ofproduction and life has established. And the water quality basically meets indexes’requirement of original standard. However, under the existing raw water conditions,water treatment plants’ water supply can not reach the drinking water standard(GB5749-2006) using present technology. To meet the new standard, it is required tofurther treat the plants’ water produced, to build deep treatment facilities and to renewand transform water supply network.Aiming at present situation and existing problems of Daqing oilfield’s watersupply system, combined with the system’s future prediction, this project makes anoverall evaluation of the system in terms of user’s water quality requirement andwater quantity requirement. In addition, an appropriate technical route is made tooptimize transformation scheme, which is designed to improve drinking water qualityand guarantee staff’s water security. To achieve above objective, relative work and research result in this subject is shown as follows.(1) Based on Daqing present situation of oilfield’s water supply system, theproblems of surface water treatment plant, underground water source and watersupply network are analyzed. On these grounds, research thought that it is necessaryto further treat the plants’ water produced, to build deep treatment facilities and torenew and transform water supply network is set up. By means of these measures, it ispracticable to offer users qualified water.(2) With Daqing’s economic development and the improvement of people’sliving standards, it is imperative to construct water quality promotion project. Thisdeep treatment project is significant for ensuring residents’ drinking water health,promoting social stability and maintaining mining area’s harmonious development.(3) By arguing from many aspects, the author demonstrates that it is reasonableand feasible to employ the treatment process of pretreatment plus conventionaltreatment plus ozone minus biological activated carbon plus ultrafiltration. Meanwhile,the treatment process is tally with Daqing oilfield’s actual situation.
