Full automatic soft drink selling machine is Jining Keda Electrical Polytron Technologies Inc according to the market demand and consumer spending habits of research and design of a electronic payments made on site equipment as a means of soft drinks.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,canned beverage vending machine ordinary can not meet consumer demand,canned beverage vending machine almost occupied most of the soft drinks market in China,but the soft drink selling machine due to the production of soft drinks and single species limit is still in the initial stage of development,so the automatic soft drink the development of the industry and there is a huge market potential.In this paper,according to the consumption habits of cooperative enterprises,consumers and the design principle of automatic soft drink selling machine,based on the electronic payment mode of the key structure of the automatic selling soft drink machine is designed and discussed in detail,including the whole structure,design of cup,cover falling mechanism,fall the design of ice mechanism,capping mechanism design,design of turntable,and then set up the automatic soft drink selling machine physical model using three-dimensional modeling software solidworks.Secondly,this paper gives a detailed overview of the automatic selling soft drink machine control system and process control,and with 32 STM32F103 ST microcontroller as the core components and the ARMV7-M architecture ARM Cortex-M3 processor based on the design of machine each parts of the automatic soft drink,for the hardware circuit and software the control flow is discussed in detail,especially for automatic selling soft drink machine production process and formulation process are analyzed in detail,the MCU control process was programmed by Keil uVison5,and gives the realization of program formulation.Again,this paper analyzed the key mechanism of full automatic soft drink selling machine,verify the design of the key institutions are to meet the design requirements,including the fall of cup cover,gear,rotating arm,rotating disc bracket was simulated by Solidworks simulation,the mechanism can meet the design requirements by Solidworks;motion simulation analysis of capping mechanism were analyzed,the gland in the process of force and motion simulation by Solidworks Flow;simulation on the refrigeration system of temperature field analysis,the feasibility to determine the overall external refrigeration scheme,and the results are analyzed.Finally,the prototype of the automatic production of soft drinks and for the overall performance of the test,respectively for the cup,cover,gland and the formulation debugging on the statistics and analysis in detail,and the automatic soft drink selling machine 2016.6-2017.12 sales statistics and analysis.
