In recent years,water shortage has become one of the important factors restricting the rapid development of society,however,the serious of water pollution makes the problem of water shortage more intensified.Recycled water reuse has many implications,such as reducing environmental impact,conserving limited resources and mitigating the contradiction between water supply and demand.The maturation and promotion of wastewater treatment technology is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of water shortage.This topic was based on a water treatment station in a district in Jinan,which is designed by <The reuse of urban recycling water--Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption>(GB/T 18920-2002),exploring the district water reuse applications.According to requirements of the current district water reuse,it was optimized for the district sewage treatment processes-combination of A/O + MBR process after comparison for economy and technology on the basis of the analysis for water quality and water quantity,security policy,the principle of advanced technology,low operating cost principle,the principle of small footprint,low sludge generated and less secondary pollution principle.We took the water reuse engineering design of water balance,determining the water in the raw water storage pools and adjust the volume of pool through the calculation,in order to ensure the stable water reuse of supply and demand.On this basis,we carried on the water reuse engineering process design,which including the overall layout of the water treatment station and calculation of various structures and pipeline connection.On the basis of the project which has been built on,we determined the operating parameters of the sewage treatment station by running and debugging.And the effluent water quality was monitored throughout the year.The main test indicators included the removal of COD Cr,BOD 5,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS and E.coli bacteria.After statistical analysis,we further optimized the operating parameters.The technical and economic analysis for the project was mainly according to the project investment,project operation cost and environmental benefits.By comparing the A/O-MBR technology and traditional wastewater treatment and reuse technology,A/O-MBR had more advantages in terms of capital costs.More importantly,treatment of A/O-MBR technology was better than that of the traditional process,but also saved floor space.In the case of the same treatment of water,the running costs of A/O-MBR process,SBR process,oxidation ditch process,A2 O process and biological contact oxidation pond were 1.32,1.48,1.52,1.48,1.41 RMB/t.In conclusion,A/O-MBR technology had a significant competitive advantage than other conventional wastewater treatment and reuse technology in the area of land and infrastructure costs,except of running cost.
