Permanent magnet synchronous motor has a simple structure, small size, high power density characteristics, composed by a permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has excellent control performance in CNC machine tools, household appliances, robotics and aerospace and other fields are widely used. Permanent magnet synchronous servo technology development and application of national industrial modernization has become the measure an important indicator of the level of development, research to achieve high performance permanent magnet synchronous servo system products design has a very important practical significance.Paper introduces the AC motor dqO coordinate transformation theory, a permanent magnet synchronous motor in the d-q coordinate system of mathematical models and equivalent circuit model, the four kinds of permanent magnet synchronous motor current vector control strategies commonly used in-depth analysis. First, create a servo system speed loop and current loop transfer function model, based on engineering design law theory, the entire set can make optimal dynamic performance of the servo system speed, current loop optimal PI parameters.For surface mount permanent magnet synchronous motors, current vector control strategies and PI regulator to achieve a double-loop servo motor space vector control. Performance test results show that the design of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system runs5000N· m electro-hydraulic system reliable, fast, high control accuracy.
