Because the city building high-rise and high-rise buildings increased, building water supply contradiction. Such as the use of tank water in water pressure instability, two pollution and energy consumption etc.. With the development of programmable control technology and frequency conversion technology, the programmable control of water supply system is gradually accepted by the society. Programmable control of water supply system is usually controlled by the programmable controller in the control, in control by frequency converter speed regulation, with the transmitter as the signal sampling and the pipe network pressure feedback signal and the setting pressure were compared, and then through the PID regulator is proportional, integral, differential operation and control parameters of control settings the output frequency of transducer, as given value, thereby regulating the motor speed, so that the pressure pipe network constant.In the design of the water supply system for considering the use of the environment is the high-rise buildings, water demand is adjusted according to the season often transform and climate change, and the water supply control system requirements system is reliable, simple operation. Therefore, the overall design of the water supply system adopts programmable controller to the pump motor start, stop and switch control and processing of fault occurred in the running of the system; use PID regulator to realize closed-loop control; and the water pump motor is driven by a frequency converter control respectively the three pump motor; the frequency converter works in open loop state, output by the PID regulator (4~20mA current) as a frequency given signal converter; water supply network in the pressure through the pressure transmitter is converted to4~20mA current signal fed back to the PID regulator, the pressure of the pipe network of water supply system to maintain stability.This subject is to research the design can solve the problem of water supply system based on the programming control, the design content including the program operation process of programmable controller, the frequency conversion control part and testing part, performs detection parameters of pipeline pressure and motor operation and sent to the controller, the controller to realize the motor control and automatic control functions, for improving the water supply efficiency, while reducing energy consumption has important practical significance on. After thorough testing, has been actually used, the stable running of the system, function more perfect, perfect to achieve the original design of the system.
