With the rapid development of marine economy in China, more and moremechanical engineers invest a lot of energy researching and developing equipment ofthe marine machinery. Heavy equipment develops quickly in large marine, especiallythe rotary type crane. As the rotary lifting machinery being the most basic componentimportant--Slewing bearings device has been paid more and more attention. Slewingbearings device connecting with the revolving body and base completed equipmentrotary motion, which mainly undertakes working load and self-weight of the crane. Inthe design of large slewing bearing, it raised mechanical failure if has unreasonabledesign. It not only raised complex repairs, a large of consumption, but also raisedabnormal shutdown, which seriously affected the progress of the project. On the otherhand, it can also cause crane maintenance workload and the existence of security risks.Therefore, according to performance study of large slewing bearing, it used to guidethe design and production, and ensure the safety of construction, big sea crane toimprove work efficiency and economic benefits, has the vital significance.Through research, the conventional three-row roller slewing ring bearing smallbearings within5m. In this paper, Zhou Shan Haichuan Ship Machinery Co., Ltd.production30m3large dredger dredging crane based on super large slewing bearing,the equipment (single row tapered slewing) study, found the manufacture, structure,performance and the working condition there are inadequate, decided to design andinnovation of the. In the crane slewing bearing super10m diameter, the first use ofThree-row roller (series13) bearing structure of the objective. To overcome the singlerow roller bearing surface complex, high processing accuracy, installation of complexstructure and marine poor corrosion resistance and a series of defects, to make theirown efforts for the development of slewing bearing industry.Based on the research of structural properties of crane slewing bearing inHaichuan, the need of slewing bearing diameter is10.01m.Because of the largemechanical load (30m3dredging volume/ultimate load500T), poor workingenvironment, strong corrosion, difficult installing and maintenance, for the optimalstructure and size, we design13series of large slewing bearing on the base of theoriginal installation size basis, contact mathematical modeling for the design, andproceed MATLAB optimal design. We proceed the CAD (Solid works)3D modelingby the optimal structural parameters of the mathematical model. Through ANSYS Workbench analysis platform, we proceed the finite element analysis for the optimalstructure model, and obtain deformation of the parts. the results were within theallowable range. The design and optimization method is accurate and reasonable,achieving the purpose of the reform.Through this project, we design the30m3large dredger dredging crane slewingrenovation. The design of large three row roller slewing bearing meeted the structureand operating requirements, and proved the reliability of design method, mathematicalmodel and the results of Bearing performance analysis.
